Mudiwa Johnson is an author, educator, and mentor for girls. Her passion is to inspire youth to pursue their passions and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

Mudiwa has a BS in marketing from Morgan State University and MA in Educational Leadership from Trinity Washington University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She has been a business educator in the Baltimore school system for over 15 years and is dedicated to continually enriching the lives of young people.

Her passion for the youth was birth out of her own life experience as a young woman. Understanding the daunting task of making life decisions with no experience, the trials and tribulations that she experienced in search for her earthly purpose allowed her to understand how to help others transition into adulthood. Mudiwa is not only an advocate for educational change and reform but is a devoted woman of faith that believes in understanding your life’s purpose and using that as a driving force to venture through life challenges. In addition, to her experience with young people Mudiwa has served as an educational leader for 10 years in multiple capacities in Baltimore Maryland. She has mentored countless teachers and developed multiple programs in the area of Career Technology Education. Her graduate studies have all been geared towards ensuring minority students have access to career programs throughout Baltimore County
